Shipping Terms

Shipping of Orders

Shipping within the EU costs €4.95. Shipping is free for orders above €50.

Orders are dispatched within one to five working days after receipt of payment, under normal shipping conditions.

No delivery delay can give rise to cancellation of the purchase or to the payment of damages in favor of the buyer, except in cases of intentional delay. Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may result in additional charges.

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In the event of non-delivery of goods, any sums paid by the buyer will be refunded without interest or further compensation.

The goods offered by Sunny Beast on the webshop are only available while stocks last. If, after the order has been placed, it appears that the purchased goods are no longer in stock, Sunny Beast undertakes to notify the buyer within fifteen (15) calendar days and to issue a credit note, thereby cancelling the order.

The buyer undertakes to provide their bank account details without delay after such notification, so that Sunny Beast can refund the amounts paid by the buyer within fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving the account details. Sunny Beast cannot be held liable if the buyer fails to provide their correct bank account details.

The buyer irrevocably waives any right or claim to damages arising from the termination of the sales agreement due to stock exhaustion. Any costs, taxes, customs duties, and import charges, as well as any formalities related to deliveries, are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Sunny Beast cannot be held liable for the consequences of non-compliance with payment, tax, or declaration obligations relating to deliveries.

Loss and Damage During Shipment

Sunny Beast cannot be held responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods during shipment. We take all necessary measures to package goods as securely as possible.

The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the delivered goods upon receipt from the carrier. If the packaging of the delivered goods is opened and/or damaged, the buyer must report this to the carrier and note it on the delivery slip at the time of receipt.

In case of loss, please report it by email to info@sunnybeast.be. We will then investigate where the order was lost.

Force Majeure

Sunny Beast is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, production interruptions, transport delays, strikes, and work stoppages affecting us or our suppliers, even if such events were foreseeable.
