Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

The buyer must return the product within thirty (30) calendar days, in the original packaging, to the following address:

Goods that have been worn, washed, damaged, repaired, or that carry odors (such as smoke) cannot be accepted. Return shipments without an order number or purchase details cannot be processed and are therefore not eligible for a refund.

The seller undertakes to refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) to a bank account provided by the buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Sunny Beast cannot be held liable if the buyer fails to provide the correct account number.

If a return is not made in accordance with these conditions, the seller is not obliged to issue a refund, and the product remains the property of the buyer. The buyer may then collect the product within fourteen (14) days at the seller’s premises or, upon explicit request and at the buyer’s expense, have it returned. The risk and cost of returning the product are borne solely by the buyer.
