General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders and sales transactions via the website www.sunnybeast.be. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Applicability

Sunny Beast may amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes will only apply to orders placed on or after the date of amendment. Only the Terms and Conditions of Sunny Beast apply to the agreement, not those of the customer.

Prices

All prices include 21% VAT.
For deliveries within the EU, we charge €4.95 for shipping. Shipping is free for orders above €50.

Payment Options

Payment can be made via the following methods: Bancontact and credit/debit cards. No additional fees are charged by Sunny Beast for these payment methods. Payment must be made at the time of ordering and therefore prior to delivery.

Sunny Beast has taken all possible measures to optimize the security and confidentiality of online payments but cannot be held liable for theft, data loss, or any other damage suffered by the buyer or a third party as a result of online payment.

Until full payment has been made, the delivered goods remain the property of Sunny Beast.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after receipt. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

The buyer must return the product within thirty (30) calendar days in the original packaging to the following address:

Goods that have been worn, washed, damaged, repaired, or that carry odors (such as smoke) cannot be accepted. Return shipments without an order number or purchase details cannot be processed and are therefore not eligible for a refund.

The seller undertakes to refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) to a bank account provided by the buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Sunny Beast cannot be held liable if the buyer fails to provide their account number.

If a return is not made in accordance with these conditions, the seller is not obliged to issue a refund, and the product remains the property of the buyer. The buyer may then collect the product within fourteen (14) days at the seller’s premises or, upon explicit request and at the buyer’s expense, have it returned. The risk and cost of returning the product are borne solely by the buyer.

Complaints

We strive to describe and illustrate all products on www.sunnybeast.be as accurately as possible. Any typographical errors are unintentional and cannot give rise to claims. Colors shown on photos may differ slightly from reality due to screen settings or lighting. Exchanges due to color differences cannot be accepted.

If in doubt about an item, the customer can always contact Sunny Beast. We reserve the right to adjust our prices.

We thoroughly inspect our products for possible defects. If defects occur in products offered on the webshop, we are liable. Customers must notify Sunny Beast so the products can be inspected. We will do our utmost to prevent, resolve, and remedy complaints. Sunny Beast cannot be held liable for injuries or damage resulting from the use of our products.

Warranty

As required by law, our products come with a statutory warranty. If a product does not conform to the agreement, the buyer must notify the seller within 5 days after delivery. Any compensation shall never exceed the invoiced or paid amount.

Normal wear and tear, accidental or deliberate modifications by the buyer, failure to present an invoice or valid proof of payment, and various instances of negligence are explicit but non-exhaustive exclusions from this warranty.

The buyer must notify Sunny Beast of defects by email (info@sunnybeast.be), including a description and photos of the defects, within 5 calendar days of delivery. Sunny Beast undertakes to remedy defects within a reasonable period in accordance with Belgian legislation.

Gift Voucher

A gift voucher (both physical and digital) is valid for 1 year (365 days) and cannot be returned or refunded. Items purchased with a gift voucher can only be exchanged for another size or color and cannot be refunded or returned.
